Falcon's Prey consists of 124 standard MechWarrior game pieces including 32 infantry, 48 vehicles and 44 'Mechs. This will be the final set to include an Industrial 'Mech. There are also 20 special gray-based Limited Edition ’Mechs inserted into random boosters.

Falcon's Prey introduces two new factions to MechWarrior: Dark Age - Clan Jade Falcon and Clan Sea Fox. Both will have new faction abilities available to them.
